Andrea has 30 years of experience in global financial markets. He started his career at JPMorgan in 1994 and his early responsibilities included posting in the Milan, London, Frankfurt, New York offices across a range of activity: Credit, Treasury, Fixed Income Trading, Equity Derivatives trading and Equity Finance. He joined the Equity Finance business in 1998 and he was a major contributor in the building of the global delta1 and financing franchise. Following the acquisition of Bear Stearns, Andrea has been co-leading JPMorgan Financing and Securities Prime Brokerage business, a team of several hundred people across the 3 regions. In 2011 Andrea was asked to lead the newly set up Equity Treasury Team, to develop a centralized funding, liquidity and asset & liability management function within JPMorgan Equity division. After leaving JPMorgan in May 2013, Andrea has co-founded Amagis Capital Group, an independent financial advisory and alternative asset management firm. Kenneth joined Cardea Capital Group on September 14, 2022, as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the firm, he spent more the 25 years in the financial services industry. A significant portion of that time was spent with Delaware Investments, a member of the Macquarie Group in Philadelphia, PA, and Herndon Capital Management in Atlanta, GA in various investment and leadership roles. Additionally, Kenneth has worked at Balentine and Synovus where he led the trading efforts for the Family Office, Wealth Management and Institutional teams. Outside of Cardea Capital Group, Kenneth sits on the board of directors for the Georgia Council on Economic Education and the Georgia Securities Association. Richard Roscelli is a Portfolio Management Specialist and leads the management, due diligence, and integration of Private Wealth Strategies for Cardea Capital Advisors. With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Richard has managed international derivative trading desks and interacted with many of the top institutions during periods of extraordinary financial events. It was during this period that his passion for the integration of private and traditional wealth strategies became a driving force and was fostered. Richard has collaborated with financial professionals, fund sponsors, and investors to develop strategies focusing on diversification, risk, tax, and portfolio volatility management. Richard holds a BBA in International Business from Hofstra University and an MBA in Global Business from Walden University. He has been a resident of Southern Nevada since 2003, having relocated from the NY/NJ area. Roxanna managed several departments including Client Services and established “Executive Services,” a retail investment department exclusively supporting Citicorp executives worldwide. Roxanna has held management positions in operations, product development, client services, broker training, sales, and marketing at recognized firms including Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, US Clearing, Broadridge, COR Clearing, and at turnkey asset management platforms (TAMPS), EQIS Institutional, Claraphi Advisory Network, and Alternativ Wealth. Her expertise in advisory and TAMP solutions has been critical to helping registered investment advisors increase assets under management. Bryan has also served as a representative of the firm as an advisor to clients through Wood Investment Group, a position he continues to hold. Previously, Bryan was Principal and Equity Partner of Ironshore Capital and its legacy company. In this capacity, he managed the investment, positioning and sales of $100 million in residential and commercial real estate projects throughout the southeastern U.S. Prior to his work with Ironshore, Bryan spent ten years as a Vice President with Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo, NYSE:WFC), initially serving high net-worth clients in Private Banking and transitioning to the Small Business Banking division where he focused on the planning, investment management and borrowing needs of affluent individuals and their businesses. Bryan began his thirty-year banking career with Barnett Bank (now Bank of America, NYSE:BAC) in Orlando, Florida, where he served as Analyst, Bank Manager, Compliance Officer and then Commercial Banking Officer before returning to his native Atlanta to serve his community. Prior experience in the financial services industry includes assisting a Florida-based independent RIA with administration and operations roles. Jeff also worked for Currency Exchange International. Prior to joining Cardea, Jeff was recruiting highly-skilled engineers for clients in the Aerospace, Construction, Energy, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Specialty Chemical industries. Jeff holds a BS in Business Administration and is pursuing an MBA at Florida Atlantic University. An avid travel enthusiast, Jeff is a PADI certified Rescue Diver and enjoys diving many of the reefs and shipwrecks around South Florida.
