He joined the Equity Finance business in 1998 and he was a major contributor in the building of the global delta1 and financing franchise. Following the acquisition of Bear Stearns, Andrea has been co-leading JPMorgan Financing and Securities Prime Brokerage business, a team of several hundred people across the 3 regions. In 2011 Andrea was asked to lead the newly set up Equity Treasury Team, to develop a centralized funding, liquidity and asset & liability management function within JPMorgan Equity division. After leaving JPMorgan in May 2013, Andrea has co-founded Amagis Capital Group, an independent financial advisory and alternative asset management firm. A significant portion of that time was spent with Delaware Investments, a member of the Macquarie Group in Philadelphia, PA, and Herndon Capital Management in Atlanta, GA in various investment and leadership roles. Additionally, Kenneth has worked at Balentine and Synovus where he led the trading efforts for the Family Office, Wealth Management and Institutional teams. Previously, Ms. Acosta spent a decade directing similar initiatives at two international wealth management firms in Zurich and Miami. Previously, Bryan was Principal and Equity Partner of Ironshore Capital and its legacy company. In this capacity, he managed the investment, positioning and sales of $100 million in residential and commercial real estate projects throughout the southeastern U.S. Prior to his work with Ironshore, Bryan spent ten years as a Vice President with Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo, NYSE:WFC), initially serving high net-worth clients in Private Banking and transitioning to the Small Business Banking division where he focused on the planning, investment management and borrowing needs of affluent individuals and their businesses. Diego is experienced with regulatory reporting and finance instruments including fixed income, equity, private and hybrid debt, and asset securitization. Before joining Cardea, Diego worked as CFO and Deputy CEO of a Corporate Business Travel company, Artificial Intelligence based and backed by Private Equity and Investment Funds.
